Useful Job Boards
The boards we'd actually use if we were job hunting right now.
Social impact jobs that actually pay well. One of our favorites for mission-driven roles that don't make you choose between purpose and a decent salary.
FeaturedVery selective. They only list roles they genuinely think are high-impact, so the signal-to-noise ratio is unusually good. Skews US/UK.
Big board with solid filtering. One of the better ones for casting a wide net across the social sector.
The classic. Huge reach, decent search, and it's free. Worth checking regularly even if it's not the most curated.
Best for UN agencies, INGOs, and multilaterals. If you're targeting World Bank or similar, most of them post here.
Strong international development coverage. Half the listings are free; full access is $9.50/month, worth it if you're actively searching.
The go-to for humanitarian and conflict-related roles. Huge database, global coverage.
Remote-only roles at social impact orgs. Mostly tech and operations, but the flexibility filter alone makes it useful.
Solid coverage of gender equality and women's rights roles. Filters are genuinely good, not an afterthought.
Social-minded roles across sectors, with a visa sponsorship filter. Surprisingly useful if you're looking to relocate.
Focused on peacebuilding and development. Also links out to a bunch of other job boards, so it's a good starting point.
